When will my KBeauti order ship?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Please note that due to global supply chain delays, some orders may take longer than expected to reach you.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed.

Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Where will my KBeauti order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

All KBeauti orders are shipped directly from Soeul, Korea.

Orders with standard shipping usually take 10-15 business days from the day the order is placed to arrive at it's final destination.

Orders with express shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day the order is placed.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Worldwide (Including Zone 1 + 2) - Free express shipping for all orders $120+

(Zone 2- United States except for Hawaii, Guam, Saipan)

Note for some "Worldwide" countries the minimum for free express shipping may be more than $120. Please enter your address on the checkout page to confirm.

We partner directly with Korean suppliers to send their products across the globe.

 We believe that everyone has a glow, and our goal is to help everyone access the best skin care technology the world has to offer, at a reasonable cost.

Unfortunately due to regulations by Health Canada we are unable to offer any Korean sunscreen or SPF products to Canadian customers.

We are working with Health Canada to obtain Federal approval for these items, but it's a lengthy process.
