Q - Do you offer free shipping?

We most certainly do! Please see the "FREE Shipping" tab below for a breakdown by country.

Q - When will my KBeauti order ship?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Orders will usually be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please note that due to global supply chain delays, some orders may take longer than expected to reach you. Please reach out to us at info@kbeauti.ca for further assistance.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Q - Where will my KBeauti order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

All KBeauti orders are shipped directly from Seoul, Korea.

• Standard Shipping typically arrives in 10-15 business days from the day the order is placed.
• Express Shipping typically arrives in 4-7 business days from the day the order is placed.
• USA orders ship via our express courier and typically arrive in 9-12 business days.

Q - Do you ship to my country?

We ship to 50+ countries across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the Americas. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, unfortunately we cannot currently ship there. Please email us at info@kbeauti.ca if you're unsure.

Q - Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws. All KBeauti policies are subject to change without advanced notice.

Q - I reached out via email but I haven't received a response in over 2 business days! What now?

We're sorry to hear this! Please make sure your inquiry was sent to info@kbeauti.ca. We do our best to get back to everyone as soon as possible — this usually means within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Sometimes our replies can end up in Spam, so please be sure to check there and add us as a contact!

We ship from Seoul, Korea to 50+ countries worldwide. Here's how shipping works in each region:

Zone 1 — Asia & Core Markets

Standard (K-Packet) arrives in 10-15 business days | Express (FedEx) arrives in 4-7 business days

Countries: Australia, Cambodia, Canada*, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mongolia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom

* Sunscreen and SPF products cannot ship to Canada due to import restrictions.

Zone 2 — United States

Arrives in 9-12 business days

Excludes: Hawaii, Guam, Saipan (Northern Mariana Islands), Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa.

Worldwide — Express Shipping

FedEx arrives in 4-7 business days

Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Vietnam

Some of these countries qualify for free shipping at a lower threshold (as low as $90 USD). Your exact shipping rate and free shipping minimum will appear at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes Policy

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of the country where the order is being delivered. They are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

• We ship products from Seoul, Korea.
• Import regulations, duty thresholds, and tax policies vary by country.
• Customs authorities may contact you directly for payment before delivery.
• We do not control, calculate, or collect these charges in advance.
• Refusal to pay duties may result in the package being returned or abandoned. Any associated fees (return shipping, storage, or disposal) may be deducted from your refund.

United States – De Minimis Rule

For shipments to the United States, orders under the current de minimis threshold (generally USD $800) may enter duty-free. However:

• This threshold is set by U.S. customs authorities and may change.
• Certain product categories may be excluded.
• Customs has final discretion over assessment.

We are not responsible for changes to U.S. import policy or for duties assessed despite de minimis eligibility.

Canada & Other Countries

Many countries, including Canada, Australia, the UK, and EU member states, routinely assess import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees on goods imported from Korea.

Customers are responsible for complying with their local import regulations and for paying any applicable charges required for delivery.
