How to use

Check the SPF suitability for your skin and confirm this product is the right protection level for your day outdoors.
Apply the recommended amount: about 12 mg per 1 cm of skin (roughly half a teaspoon) at least 30 minutes before going outdoors.
Gently pat the sunscreen into the skin until fully absorbed rather than rubbing it in aggressively.
Reapply as needed throughout the day, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling dry, since sunscreen can wear off with activity.
