The formula blends ROM&ND’s mattifying base with luminous glitter particles to give skin-like adhesion and a lasting finish. How to use

Apply it with your fingertips as per the shadow order. Complete shadowing at the outer corner of the eyes or along the lash line using a sharpened, precise brush. Tap the applied area with your fingertips and press the glitters in place to achieve a fixed, long-lasting finish. For more intensity, repeat the steps or layer with additional shades from the palette.

Orders with standard shipping usually take 10-15 business days from the day the order is placed to arrive at it's final destination.

Orders with express shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day the order is placed.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
