When will my KBeauti order ship?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Please note that due to global supply chain delays, some orders may take longer than expected to reach you.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed.

Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Where will my KBeauti order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

All KBeauti orders are shipped directly from Soeul, Korea.

Orders with standard shipping usually take 10-15 business days from the day the order is placed to arrive at it's final destination.

Orders with express shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day the order is placed.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Possibly. Orders shipped from Korea may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees depending on the country of delivery.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Who is responsible for paying these charges?

The customer is responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.

We do not collect or control these charges.

Why are there additional fees?

Because your order is being imported from Korea. Many countries apply duties or taxes to international shipments once they arrive in the destination country.

What about U.S. orders?

The United States currently has a de minimis threshold (generally USD $800), meaning shipments under that value may enter duty-free. However:

Certain products may still be assessed.

Customs has final discretion.

We are not responsible for duties assessed by U.S. customs authorities.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges?

If duties or taxes are not paid, the shipment may be returned or abandoned. Any return shipping, storage, or carrier fees may be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately due to regulations by Health Canada we are unable to offer any Korean sunscreen or SPF products to Canadian customers.

We are working with Health Canada to obtain Federal approval for these items, but it's a lengthy process.

Korean beauty brands update their formulas and packaging regularly - sometimes several times a year - and these changes often happen faster than we can update every listing. We do our best to keep product pages current, but what you receive may have a newer formulation or updated packaging. The core product and its function remain the same.
